Local Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping to Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman. Other emirates will be calculated by order at checkout
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman.
For orders for other emirates, a charge may be applied at checkout
Deliveries are made from 6 am till 6 pm everyday. We will contact you with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Building Materials Mall, Shop OS-33, Warsan 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 7am to 6pm on everyday.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@radiantbmt.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
